Default After Server Crashs - Almost all passwords reset w/ preferences wiped

    Hello,

The server crashed this morning and upon coming back up, most of the users' passwords didn't work. We had to reset them through zimbra admin to get them working. Furthermore, all preferences (filters, signatures, etc.) were wiped for the users for whom we had to reset passwords.

Can you let me know what happened here? Are all those settings stored in the mysql database? So if I restore the mysql databases, that'll be good?

All of the aliases are gone as well so its causing a huge issue with our helpdesk etc.

Can anyone help with where the aliases are stored in the latest version of zimbra?
