    Question Tracing mail delivery

    Hi there,

    What is the option in ZCS to trace a mail sent to a user from a public domain..?

    For instance: A user claims he has not received a mail which was sent to him.

    In this case how do we search for a log with specifying the recipient address or subject line or date n time frame..?

    i think there should be an option for this, but sorry i searched and couldn't find anything as such.

    Really? You didn't find any mention of zmmsgtrace in the Release Notes or the forums/wiki and no mention of the log files that contain of the path of an email?

    Well, i was searching in "Zimbra Collaboration Suite Administrator’s Guide Release 7.0" and cudn't find anything as you mentioned.

    Then you should upgrade to the most recent release of Zimbra, zmmsgtrace was reintroduced in a version later than the one you have installed. It would help if you updated your forum profile with the output of the following command:

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v
    Meanwhile, you'll have to search through the log files for mail delivery status.
