Default mailserver does not have host name in greetings

I run the tool of DNS Validation - Free DNS Reports | DnsValidation.com for my domain lucanannipieri.it.
when the tool ceck the smtp gteeting show the follo warning:

WARNING: The following mailservers don't have their host name in greetings:

    mail.lucanannipieri.it → 5.5.2

    my /etc/hosts:
    # Do not remove the following line, or various programs
    # that require network functionality will fail.
    127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
    ::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
    193.204.89.8 mail.lucanannipieri.it mail

    the external DNS
    nslookup
    > set type=MX
    > lucanannipieri.it
    Server: 193.204.89.3
    Address: 193.204.89.3#53

    Non-authoritative answer:
    lucanannipieri.it mail exchanger = 10 mail.lucanannipieri.it.

Authoritative answers can be found from:
    lucanannipieri.it nameserver = ns2.tesene.it.
    lucanannipieri.it nameserver = plesk1.tesene.it.
    mail.lucanannipieri.it internet address = 193.204.89.8
    ns2.tesene.it internet address = 77.72.25.4
    plesk1.tesene.it internet address = 77.72.25.23

I read the other posts about the problem, but I have not solved anything

The reports is correct, this is the response from your server:

    Code:
    telnet mail.lucanannipieri.it 25
    Trying 193.204.89.8...
    Connected to mail.lucanannipieri.it.
    Escape character is '^]'.

Not only that, the response from your server is extremely slow, is this behind a firewall or NAT router?
    Regards

is behind a firewall ... also the response from your server is extremely slow, but not from other mailservers of other domains. Maybe your connection is very slow?

What about the smtp greeting problem?

Do you have a Split DNS set-up?

No, it's not - I have no problem connecting to any mail server and getting an instant response. A slow response from the mail server usually (although not always) a DNS/Firewall/NAT problem.

What about it? Do you get the same response when you try a connection to the server from behind your firewall?

That's not always the response from outside the firewall so I'd suggest you look to the firewall for the problem of a) slow connection and b) the incorrect server response I posted earlier. Since my last post the server is now giving the correct response (no, it's not my machine, my connection or my firewall that's causing it ). BTW, the 'error' you're seeing about the hostname in that report is only a warning.
    Regards
