Question Problems after Change Server Name

    This is my example info:
    Old server name:
    New server name:

    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol -v
    Release 7.1.2_GA_3268.RHEL5_64_20110804132448 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.

This server is running on Applogic Appliance under CentOs 5.6 x 64 bits

I did change the server name of our Zimbra Open Source with this command:
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsetservername -n
And I didn't get any warning.

But when I try to login to the browser redirect me to the URL (old name server)

Also, in the Admin Console, when I click in check email I get this error:
Operation sent to wrong host (you want '') Error Code: service.WRONG_HOST Details:soap:Sender

I restarted the zimbra, also the server and I still get the same problems.

This is my /etc/hosts localhost.localdomain localhost mail

The DNS is property configured, is pointing to the right IP.

Please any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks a lot,

Just for confirmation, go to the Split DNS article and post the output of all the commands in the 'Verify ...' section of the article - run the commands on the Zimbra server. In addition, run both of the dig commands from that article on a client computer and see what the output shows.
