    Default Email printing

    Hi,

After installing Zimbra in a test environment to show customers its potentialities a problem has emerged: the way zimbra print emails.

Printing an email shows the addresses of sender and recipient but not their name in Address Book. It is kinda confusing with large environments where they tend to have complicated email addresses and it's not possibile to identify the sender (or recipient) by this field.

Anyway, is there any kind of future upgrade of printing feature? Or is there any form of "template" to edit to show the field you want?

I don't think that's a feature in the current versions, it's meant to print what you see in the email and adding a name from the address book would require some work (I think). Is this for the OSS edition or NE?

No, it's not in either version. The only thing I can suggest at the moment is to enter it in bugzilla as an RFE and vote on it to give it more weight.
