We purchased a license from the Zimbra website on Dec 29th, 2011 and have not received our license. The card used to make the purchase was charged right away, and we received an email receipt confirming the purchase from billing@.

Emails were sent to support and the only response we have had thus far was on Dec 30th, 2011:

We have already forwarded this issue to our licensing team, kindly wait for the update.

We will update you when we get a response from our licensing team.

How long will we have to wait to get what we paid for??? Is this something common when purchasing from Zimbra? This is completely unacceptable to us.
