Default [SOLVED] zimbra HSM policy for the backup account

    Hey everyone!

Maybe you guys or girls know the answer?

HSM is based on policies. Is it possible to create a policy that only implies to a specific account/email?

    Full explenation with possible answer:

A copy of every mail is being sent to the "backup user" account with email address: backup-456411383@ourdomain.com. Email is kept for 6 months.

If for some reason needed, we can search that account.

Now we use several HSM policies,
but I would like to add an aditional policy:
    - account: backup-456411383@ourdomain.com older than 5 days.

    is following correct?
    zmprov mcf +zimbraHSMPolicy 'message:before:-5day EMAIL_ADDR:backup-456411383@ourdomain.com'

I could not find much about EMAIL_ADDR: and finding out what has been transfered? No idea how to find out.

    edit:

the search querry cannot filter on account. The EMAIL_ADDR stated in the query.txt is to be filled in, but not an option on itself.

I solved it by creating a rule in the backup-456411383@ourdomain.com account to forwardall incomming email to a folder "backup-456411383".
From thereon you can create an additional HSMpolicy to search in that folder:
    zmprov mcf +zimbraHSMPolicy 'message:before:-5day in:zmprov mcf +zimbraHSMPolicy 'message:before:-5day EMAIL_ADDR:backup-456411383'
