    Hi ,
    I m designing open source solution for one of my customer with approx. 200000 users with 500 MB mailbox size. 50 Mails recvd sent / day.mail size
    80KB. I need help for sizing the server.
    Mailbox will be different server
    POP3 / IMAP will be run on different servers
    SMTP will run on different servers.

    No, but I would want to know If there is a document that show a setup recommendation to a amount of users.

    200K users is pretty huge, but this wiki might be a good place to start. I'd look to Zimbra directly and talk with an engineer for this level of deployment.

    UPDATE: Thought I'd also link to the Zimbra Professional Service page. They do offer services for size assessment and architecture.
