Some emails when printed, will not wrap long sentences like it does when viewing, resulting in paragraphs getting cropped or truncated in the hard copy. This happen on Chrome, Firefox and IE. So it's not the browser issue.
Is there anyway to force a text wrap for email that do not have the <P> tag?
are you still using 6.0.6? i seem to remember having an issue similar when running earlier versions of 6, but it was fixed in later versions of 6 so i'd at least go to 6.0.15 if you're not ready for 7.1
We seldom seen emails with this issue. Looking at the source code, it appears to come from Microsoft Word crappy HTML.
As we also host for other companies, upgrading mean some downtime and risk. Thus, we prefer to wait for more bug fixes before upgrading, jumping a few patches to minimize downtime. Not to mention upgrade with new features also mean new bugs! :P
btw, did you tried printing the same email and found it was fixed? Or maybe because you don't come across such crappy html coded email after that? It could be possible too right? Unless the upgrade mentioned that this issue has been fixed.
