Default Training spam/ham don't train all messages (junk folder of special account)

    Hi

I realized that many of the messages reported as spam or ham will go to the junk's folder of special accounts training.

The training works for all messages that are on INBOX folder of the special accounts training.

So these messages (in the junk folder) are not trained.

    Someone noticed this behavior?

Yes, they are. When a message is sent to the Junk folder (in the user's account) a copy is sent to the spam training folder, when a message is marked as Not Junk (from the Junk folder) a copy is then sent to the Ham training folder.

    Hi, thank's to answer

    Correct.

But I mean that this copy, in the special account now goes to junk folder account spam.xxx@domain.com and these copies are not trained.

First of all, that is not the Junk folder it is the spam training account, The Junk folder is in the user account.

    hummm

in the my two special accounts have junk folder, and the messages pass to antispam system (checked by look the original folder).

In attachment show a printscreen about screen ham special account.

I "debug" zmtrainsa script, and execute manually step by step and checked that only messagens in inbox account was trained and cleanup. Or I train and clean manually this junk folder or the message stay there up to clean junk (30 days old).

    Hi

I checked my config and I don't see errors:

    zimbra@email:~$ zmprov gacf | grep -i spamis
    zimbraSpamIsNotSpamAccount: nao.spam.12xv1z@mydomain.com
    zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount: spam.de.treinamento.12xv1@mydomain.com

    But resume about the accounts

    zimbra@email:~$ zmmailbox -z -m nao.spam.12xv1z@mydomain.com gaf
Id View Unread Msg Count Path
    ---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
    ...
    2 mess 7 27 /Inbox
    4 mess 116 117 /Junk

    zimbra@email:~$ zmmailbox -z -m spam.de.treinamento.12xv1@mydomain.com gaf
Id View Unread Msg Count Path
    ---------- ---- ---------- ---------- ----------
    ...
    2 mess 44 110 /Inbox
    4 mess 75 76 /Junk

To alleviate the problem I used whitelist_to in spamassassin. But this is not correct and can negatively affect the training.
