    Default Problems with Zimbra Calender

We have recently upgraded to Zimbra NE 7.1.4 on Ubuntu 10 (64 Bits).

Just noticed that while looking at the calender, you can not go to the next week or previous week by pressing the blue arrow button on top right. Pressing that button downloads calender.ics file.

Is this a bug, or has something changed in Zimbra 7.1.4?

    Thanks.

It works fine for me. Try another browser, try a new (empty) user profile, check your add-ons/plugins for incompatibilities.

    Bill,

    Thanks for the response.

I have tried it on three different browsers, IE, FF and Chrome.

I read somewhere and did a roundabout way as follows, which works:

    - Right click the blue arrow and copy the URL
    - Add "&fmt=html" at the end of the URL

Though this works for techies, it sure is not an easy way for regular users, and I was trying to see what is causing it.

There are no external addons/ plugins.

PS. I should have made one thing clear. This is for conference room calender, accessed by everybody, not personal calender.

    Thanks.

Which operating system were you running for the browser? If it's any version of Windows have you got any anti-spyware/,malware or anything that may interfere with the browser running? As far as I can see there's been no changes to ZCS that would cause this and, as I said, it works for me (on all versions of Windows and multiple versions of Linux) in all views of the Calendar.
    Regards

    Bill, sorry for the confusion.

I just edited my previous post to clarify.

This is not related to personal calender, but a conference calender, accessed by everybody. Personal calender does work, however I am having problems with the conference calender.

I can not understand why a link that worked before and took the weekly "view" to next week or previous week suddenly wants to download calendar.ics file, which by the way, wants to "merge" the calendar with you Outlook calendar.

The URL for conference calendar is http://zimbra.ourdomain.com:8383/hom...w=week&auth=co which shows the correct weekly calendar, but I can not go and see the next week, nor the previous week.

Once again, sorry for not being clear at the beginning.

    Thanks.
