Question Unable to create Account with GUI

When I want to create new account with zimbra web gui, I take next error:

    system failure: createAccount
    Error code: service.FAILURE
    Method: [unknown]
    Detail:soap:Receiver
when I change existing acoount , such as name, display name, etc. in section "account name" and press "save" I take next:

system failure: unable to modify attrs: [LDAP: error code 80 - Other]
    Error code: service.FAILURE
    Method: [unknown]
    Detail:soap:Receiver
when I change existing acoount , in another sections, and press "save" , all is well.

when I create account with command "zmprov ca user@domain.com passwd"
    all is well.

    Default

    Update:
    Problem solved:
    I backup ldap data
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat /backup
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat -c /backup
    delete ldap
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/hdb/*
    and restore ldap from backup
    mkdir -p /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/hdb/db /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/hdb/logs
    /opt/zimbra/openldap/sbin/slapadd -q -n 0 -F /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/config -cv -l /backup/ldap-config.bak
    /opt/zimbra/openldap/sbin/slapadd -q -b "" -F /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/config -cv -l /backup/ldap.bak
after start zimbra all is well.
