Default invalid request: Folder location conflict: /Inbox

    Hello,

I've just finished deploying ZCS (version Zimbra 7.1.4_GA_2555 (build 20120105094627)) but I'm having an issue importing mail from several different pop accounts into my inbox. I can add a single account, but if i try to ass a second one I get the following error message after saving: invalid request: Folder location conflict: /Inbox

As per this bug the issue is fixed yet I'm still encountering the same issue. Is there any workaround to be able to import mail from two different pop accounts into my inbox?

    Thanks a lot!

    Arthur

Does no one know how to import several accounts into the inbox folder?

Never mind, I finally found a workaround to this. It seems that this can't be achieved with the admin web interface but can though the command prompt.

You can set the folder id to which messages from a data source (external account) will be saved with the following command:

    Code:
zmprov mds zimbraemail@zimbraserver.com zimbraDataSourceName zimbraDataSourceFolderId '2'
zimbraDataSourceName is the name given to the external account (eg Hotmail or Personal).
The inbox folder of an account always has a folder ID of 2.
