Exclamation Unable to change Domain ZCS Open Source - OpenLdap Error

    Hello,

I am kind of new with Zimbra and trying to change domain name but getting some OpenLdap error...

Let me tell you the scenario -

I have Properly Configured Bind with MX in CentOS 5.4 and Installed ZCS Open Source, tested sending mails, IM chat and it seems like working great and even checked logs and didn't found any error in log files.

Then Created a Template since i am using CloudStack and trying to create working template for my cloud, so created template and able to launch instance (VM) and after that trying to change domain name to zimbra.cloud.com to mail.example.com but after changing Zimbra hostname getting following ldap error:

    Code:
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol start
    Host mail.example.com
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

Followed below guide to change domain name -

    ZmSetServerName - Zimbra :: Wiki

Tried creating certificate after changing domain name still same error even getting some error during creating new certificate and i am following guide to create certificate -

    http://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Administration_Console_and_CLI_Certificate_Tools

Before asking anything posting some required information :

    Code:
    [zimbra@mail]$ zmcontrol -v
    Release 7.1.4_GA_2555.RHEL5_64_20120105094627 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.
    Code:
    [root@mail ~]# cat /etc/hosts
    127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
    208.95.111.88 mail.example.com.com mail
    Code:
    [root@mail ~]# cat /etc/resolv.conf
    search mail.example.com
    #nameserver 127.0.0.1
    nameserver 208.95.111.88
    Code:
    [root@mail ~]# hostname
    mail.example.com
    Code:
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmhostname
    mail.example.com
    There its showing error:

    Code:
    zmprov -l gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbra.cloud.com
ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_SERVER (no such server: mail.example.com)

Same command working here but with old domain name:

Instead on `zmhostname` changed to old hostname "zimbra.cloud.com"
and its showing these entries still somewhere in config files but dont know where...

    Code:
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmprov -l gs zimbra.cloud.com | grep zimbra.cloud.com
    # name zimbra.cloud.com
    cn: zimbra.cloud.com
    zimbraMtaAuthHost: zimbra.cloud.com
    zimbraMtaAuthURL: http://zimbra.cloud.com:80/service/soap/
    zimbraServiceHostname: zimbra.cloud.com
    zimbraSmtpHostname: zimbra.cloud.com
    zimbraSpellCheckURL: http://zimbra.cloud.com:7780/aspell.php
    zimbraSshPublicKey: ssh-dss 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 zimbra.cloud.com
This command was showing some old hostname entries:
    Code:
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmprov -l gacf | grep zimba.cloud.com
So run bellow command to replace old hostname with new hostname:

    Code:
    zmprov -l mcf zimbraDefaultDomainName mail.example.com

    zmprov -l mcf zimbraAmavisQuarantineAccount virus-quarantine.huvfkkfu@mail.example.com

    zmprov -l mcf zimbraSpamIsNotSpamAccount ham.q9zaq5cmzo@mail.example.com

    zmprov -l mcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount spam.lzzcibav6@mail.example.com

    zmprov -l mcf zimbraVersionCheckNotificationEmail admin@mail.example.com

    zmprov -l mcf zimbraVersionCheckNotificationEmailFrom admin@mail.example.com
Note: even once tried renaming domain with "zmprov -l rd domain.com newdomain.com" after renaming domain name it was not showing any error when running above command but if not renaming so getting some old entries in configuration files and replaced old entries with new hostname using above
    "zmprov -l mcf ...... " commands.

    Code:
    zmlocalconfig | grep zimbra.cloud.com
Earlier it was showing some old hostname entries when i was running above command so i changed those entries manually by running bellow commands:

    Code:
    zmprov mcf zimbraLogHostname mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e zimbra_server_hostname=mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e ldap_master_url=ldap://mail.example.com:389

    zmlocalconfig -e ldap_url=ldap://mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e snmp_trap_host=mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e av_notify_user=admin@mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e smtp_destination=admin@mail.example.com

    zmlocalconfig -e smtp_source=admin@mail.example.com
Changed Ownership and group to zimbra and fixed permission errors using bellow command:
    Code:
    # chown -R zimbra:zimbra /opt/zimbra
    # /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms -verbose
Corrected/replaced old hostname entries with new hostname in below given files:

    Code:
     /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.conf

    /opt/zimbra/conf/swatchrc

    /opt/zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf

    /opt/zimbra/cyrus-sasl-2.1.23.3z/etc/saslauthd.conf
