I purchased a license from Zimbra. I installed the license without problem. But when I tried to register it in http://www.vmware.com/registernow, it asked for a license key.
I copy the value of LicenseId field from my license file. But it doesn't recognize. Without this, I cannot file any request ticket at all.
Calling tech support phone ends up in useless waiting as usual. Can someone please shed some light?
