    Default how to block all attachment ?

    hi all..

    can anyone help me to know,
    how to block all attachment..

    i found we can block viewing particular attached files

    but i need to block all attachment..
    (main intension is to save company files.. block company files going outside.. office.. building)

    if it can do user wise. that will be more better..

    You can block all attachments in the administration console, under the class of service.

    i done it with following command

    zmprov ms servername zimbraFileUploadMaxSize 1

    ( for attachment size: zmprov ms servername zimbraFileUploadMaxSize size-in-bytes )

    A better would be to use the admin console. Under global settings you can change the rejected attachments. Just add a wildcard in there, * and that should get you going.

    if i do that.. will it stop my users from viewing attachment..

    my need is.. users must able to view their attachment
    but must not able to.. attach any files..
