Greetings all,
A request has come in to allow our scheduling department to send as a user who cannot receive a response. This will allow the employees of this department to confirm information but not start up a conversation.
I see I'm able to create a no-reply@domain.com or no-reply-scheduling@domain.com user and then set this up as a persona for all of the employees of that department. This has system management problems written all over it not to mention setup time unless COS could be used to enable it.

What's the ideal way to accomplish something like this? Can COS be used?
