I need to be able to setup the Zimbra server so that, on a domain by domain basis, I can:
1 - Forward mail for firstname.lastname@example.org to the Internet.
For example, I have a domain called domain.com and a user called Chris
Chris sends a mail to Cindy@domain.com but Cindy's mailbox is on another server - not the local Zimbra server. This message will fail at the moment with a "user unknown" on the local server.
I need to somehow set up the server so that, when the local user, at the same domain, is not on the local server, instead of bouncing the message the server will deliver it to the Internet.
This is possible with every other mail server software I've ever used but I cannot find where to set this up in Zimbra. If I had hair right now I'd be pulling it out!
Can someone help?
