Checking the logs accidentaly one user overwrite the postsuper command, i am going to install another zimbra vm and copy the binary, hope that works...
Just run an 'upgrade' install of ZCS, that will upgrade your current system to a new (or the same) version of ZCS. You say 'one user' user overwrote the postsuper command accidentally (why and how did they ever do that accidentally), why did they have root access to your server?

It's in the same place it's always been, on the Downloads/Archives pages, why don't you take this opportunity to upgrade to the most recent release of ZCS? You should, of course, take a backup before upgrading anything on your server.
I only make a download of the zimbra version, extract the tgz archive and the tar archive and copy de postsuper binary to the location /opt/zimbra/postfix/sbin. And make a chown root:root postsuper and all are back to normal.
