You need to look in the log files and see what the errors are that's causing the mail to be deferred, you should also search the forums for those error and see if there's a solution.

Ok i know that these emails are deferred because a email spam server sends a masive wave of emails at emails directions that not exist in my server. And bounce them.

But the origin emails directions dont exist too! And are in the queue waiting for be delivered!

When i try to delete them from the graphic interface aparently the system does the delete but when i refresh the status page the numbers increments again and when i tried from the command line the same result.

Then you need to read the wiki article on improving the anti-spam system in Zimbra.

Yes i need to do that, but the essential aspect of my question is why i cant be able to delete the queue with the gui or with postsuper?

I check the permissions of the files in the deferred folder and all the files are owned by postfix, and when i make postsuper -d deferred ALL the command do nothing.

    Greetings

Hi, first follow phoenix advice regarding spam, also you can adjust yours setting about queue lifetime.

Tuning Postfix Queue Settings - Zimbra :: Wiki

    http://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Extend_MTA_Queue_Lifetime

In your case, look, adjust, tune..

As always, do backups before any change, tests, watch logs after.
