Default Block IP addresses in salocal.cf.in

    Hey all:
I am trying to block (spam) mail from blacklotus.net which spamcop resolves to: 199.59.166.86. Here are my lines that I put at the bottom of the salocal.cf.in file:
    blacklist_from *@blacklotus.net
    blacklist_from *@bitly.com
    blacklist_from 199.59.166.86
    blacklist_from 67.159.18.213

I restarted the spam filter with the command: zmmtactl restart && zmamavisdctl restart. Of course it doesn't seem to block the barrage of spam I am getting from blacklotus and the 'training feature' to mark messages as spam doesn't seem to have any effect either.

I have searched lots of threads on this subject but I can't seem to see where I am going wrong. Any help is gratefully appreciated.

    Default

I've always done via amavisd. Enable the following line in amavisd.conf.in

    # read_hash("/var/amavis/sender_scores_sitewide"),
    read_hash("/opt/zimbra/conf/sender_scores_sitewide"),

Then create a file and add to it as follows:

    blacklotus.net +100
    bitly.com +100

You can also add negative scores that way...

    then zmamavisdctl restart
