    Default Spam Training clarification

I don't believe my SA training is working correctly, but I need to confirm a few things first. I'm running 4.0.4 OS edition on RHEL4.

    1. Do the spam training accounts work for all my domains, or do I need to make spam training accounts for each domain?

    2. When zmtrainsa runs from the cron job, should it be automatically cleaning out the Junk mail folder for my users? Currently this is not happening.

    3. Per some other posts on the board, is it still necessary to link /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin to /etc/mail/spamassassin to fix the error "config: could not find site rules directory"?

    Thanks for your help.

    1. Yes. It's per server.
    2. No. Only cleans out the HAM/SPAM accounts.
To set/adjust the junk folder cleanout dates/cronjob, from the admin gui go to "Class of Service", pick the class of service you use for your users, then click on "Advanced" and under "Spam message lifetime:" slot, assign a new number.
I am using 3.14 so may be a bit different for 4.xx but that's where you would change this anyway.

    3. No idea as I don't run this yet. Am looking to test 4.04 this weekend though.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you!! I just upgraded to 4.0.4 myself. Everything went very smoothly. Good luck!
