    Default Impossible to backup zimbra 7.1.4 ne

    Hello,

    It's impossible to backup my zimbra installation, in cli:

    Code:
    mx1:~$ zmbackup -f -d
    Error occurred: system failure: unable to retrieve latest session-account, account name-id maps
     class=com.zimbra.common.soap.SoapFaultException
     message=system failure: unable to retrieve latest session-account, account name-id maps
     mIsReceiversFault=true
     mIsLocal=false
     mDetail=<soap:Detail><Error xmlns="urn:zimbra"><Code>service.FAILURE</Code><Trace>btpool0-2966://localhost:7071/service/admin/soap/BackupRequest:1338227016005:0a4ffbe77f0f587f</Trace></Error></soap:Detail>
     mFault=<soap:Fault><soap:Code><soap:Value>soap:Receiver</soap:Value></soap:Code><soap:Reason><soap:Text>system failure: unable to retrieve latest session-account, account name-id maps</soap:Text></soap:Reason><soap:Detail><Error xmlns="urn:zimbra"><Code>service.FAILURE</Code><Trace>btpool0-2966://localhost:7071/service/admin/soap/BackupRequest:1338227016005:0a4ffbe77f0f587f</Trace></Error></soap:Detail></soap:Fault>
    accounts.xml is present and not null.

    Code:
    mx1:~/backup$ ls -l
    total 36
    -rw-r-----  1 zimbra zimbra 16223 May 15 16:43 accounts.xml
    -rw-r-----  1 zimbra zimbra 16224 May 12 00:00 accounts.xml.old
    drwxr-x--- 30 zimbra zimbra  4096 May 15 16:55 sessions
    drwxr-x---  3 zimbra zimbra    20 May 12 01:53 tmp
    Do you known how I can debug this problem ?

    Thanks.

    Nico

    Thanks for the links, but no solution for my problem.

    I tried to create a new backup dir, but I have this error:

    Code:
    mx1:~$ zmbackup -f
    Error occurred: invalid request: Missing account list
    Do you knows how I can create a new accounts.xml file ?
