we have ZCS 7.1.4 Network Edition. Some of our users have the need to request a read receipt by default when composing a new mail: all the emails they send are very important and so we need a read receipt for all the emails. Now users have to manually select the Options - Request Read Receipt option. We searched through the Zimbra user options and administrator options (for the production COS) but there's no option about this feature. There is a way (maybe via CLI) to enable this feature? (request read receipt by default)
