Default How to make ZCS 7.2.0 use http proxy for outgoing requests

    Hi all

I'm a newbie with ZCS and I'm about to configure my very first ZCS, Version 7.2.0 NE.

I can't find where to configure ZCS to use a http proxy for outgoing requests like freshclam and so on.

I checked the manuals and googled for it, but all I find is about nginx on the ZCS itself.

Could anybody please point me to the correct manual or tell me where I can configure an outgoing http proxy?

49 Views is ok, but is there really nobody who uses zimbra behind a firewall and NAT and wants zimbra to connect to the outer world through a squid proxy?

I don't think it is possible to set it system wide.

From memory I have freshclam proxy settings in it's config. I also set http_proxy environment variable.

I haven't found any way to get the zimbra administration console working through a proxy for licence registration and version checking so I have specific firewall rules for that.
