We are using Zimbra 7.0 and we have a problem with spam detection
We have noticed that the same mails are getting as non spam in a daily basis, so I looked the logs and I can see that the system is always learning from 0 messages in spam and ham
Then I tested to mar one message as spam pressing the junk button. The message is moved to my junk folder. Then as admin I log into the spam training account and there are no any emails there, so my conclusion is that this is not working
How could I verify what is happening?
what log can I see when I press the junk button to see what is failing?
