I need to implement some scripts to give access to my users at several resources (shared addressbook, mailbox, calendar..).
Which is the best approach?
Assign users to different COS and then share the resources using it or made the same but using the distribution lists?
We are talking about 400 mailboxes, but happen that a single user change his "location" (office, team, branch office) several time per year.

I suppose that the best way is:
- create a zimbra resource per branch office with all the share that user need
- create a distribution list with all users member of that specific branch office
- ran my script to give to all user belong the distribution list access to the resources shared by the zimbra resource

Is it correct?
Any hint?
