    Default user can't login - Too many SOAP sessions

    Hi all,

    Never seen this before, but I have a user who is unable to login all of a sudden (via the Zimbra web client). After trying to login it just hangs and eventually displays an error message.

    The mailbox.log file has the following though each time they try to login:
    2012-08-03 10:25:00,038 INFO [btpool0-3733://localhost/service/soap/GetInfoRequest] [;mid=57;ip=REDACTE D;ua=zclient/7.2.0_GA_2669;] session - Too many SOAP sessions, closing SoapSession: {sessionId: 1177205, accountId: 8cb21593-4173-4859-96b1-c1bf1c43190e, lastAccessed: 2012-08-03 10:21:08,662}

    Any ideas about this? I don't know how to get this user back into their account (and don't want to have to restart Zimbra in the middle of the day for this).

    Edit: The account eventually (without doing anything) was able to be accessed. It would be nice to know how to fix this manually (kill soap sessions somehow for this user? not sure, haven't used the SOAP interface much).

    I think this happens if a user has too many sessions of whatever type going (soap, imap, etc) Looks like the limit is configured by 'zmlocalconfig zimbra_session_limit_soap' but I don't know what that value is if it isn't set.
