Our users are experiencing an issue where they must manually reset their GAL in order to see updates. I've tried playing with the intervals on the ZCO but it hasn't seemed to help. I don't know what makes the heart of the Outlook GAL/ZCO/Zimbra trinity beat so I'm looking for help.
Our settings are below. I've tried to change the interval for the GAL syncing in the admin GUI but it doesn't seem to take (perhaps because it's AD)? Our functional level is Windows 2000 native. Is that part of this issue?
GAL mode: External
Gal sync account name: firstname.lastname@example.org
Server type: Active Directory
LDAP search base: dc=domain, dc=net
LDAP URL: ldap://domaincontroller.domain.net:3268
Bind DN: email@example.com
