Is there a procedure for copying mail from the archive server to the regular email server the employee's use. We had a user delete her inbox accidentally, and all the mail exists on the archive server. It seems there should be an easy process to restore the mail, but I can't seem to find anything.
Also, if I go into the users mailbox (select user and edit) I see the archive email, and I click 'View Mail' and it brings up another window, but then simply fails as if it's trying to access a server that doesn't exist. I am guessing something isn't configured correctly on the ZADD server.
