Default Problem "system failure: exception during auth"

I recently installed Zimbra Release 7.2.0. When looping through the control panel Zimbra, it shows a message: "system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager:" ...
Found a solution to this problem:
Mail Queue Monitoring - Zimbra :: Wiki

    Lines from the wiki:
    Verifying sshd configuration
The authentication method assumes that sshd on the mta is running on port 22, and that RSA Authentication is enabled. You can test the ssh command with:
    ssh-i .ssh / zimbra_identity-o strictHostKeyChecking = no zimbra@MAIL.DOMAIN.COM
(Swap MAIL.DOMAIN.COM for your hostname, as it appears in the error).
You should NOT be prompted for a password; if you are, recreate the ssh keys and retry the test.

But the system still asks for a password!
I checked the file "/etc/shadow", but the user - Zimbra is not locked.
Please help me solve this problem.

Have you actually followed all the instructions in that article including the debugging steps that ask you to turn on verbose logging? If you haven't I'd suggest you go through the whole article and see what's causing the problem.
