    Angry Server Down - Zimbra Support

    I have a server down issue. LDAP stopped respondeding and the server will not come back up.

    I have opened a ticket, called support and left a message, went back to support portal and discovered it was down and then sent an email. Is there any other way to reach Zimbra support? We are a paying NE customer.

    Call them back? Do you have the phone access code? I almost always get a person when I give them that code.

    Yes, I used the access code. Once I put in the code it goes directly to voicemail.

    I tested the https://support.zimbra.com and it let me in.

    Yes it seems like it's back up and support has contacted me.
