deffered email due to quota
I would like to know if someone has encountered this, I have enabled below option:
So some users now have reached almost twice or some thrice of their defined quota, but some email intended to these users are being deferred due to Over Quota then bounce once reached the bounce lifetime.
What could be the problem why sometimes the policy above will not take effect on certain users..? Which causes a bounce to the bosses.
