    Question Changed email from a distribution list to regular email.

    We deleted the distribution list and made a new account with the same
    It is giving errors when we attempt to send to it. The error given from Zimbra Web Client is attached.

    I see this error in the /var/log/zimbra.log
    Dec 21 09:21:45 mail postfix/cleanup[25677]: 54116270901C: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from[]: 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later; from=<> to=<> proto=ESMTP helo=<>
    Changed domain to on the above and attachment.

    Sorry to bring up this old post but I'm facing the same issue: did anybody have any luck with this?

    The only workaround I have found is to refresh the milter's cache with this command:

    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmilterctl refresh
    I can't find anything in the bugzilla and this is becoming annoying, should I file a bug myself?
