Default Print Email suddenly 10x slower

Good day all. I operate a single server ZCS installation for my company. About a day ago, generating printable versions of email messages has become quite slow. Checking the trace logs, I found that the amount of time it takes has gone from 1-3 seconds up to 25-30 seconds. I have not see, nor has anyone reported any other issues recently. I also do not see anything that jumps out at me in the logs, there doesn't seem to be anything amiss on the server itself and zmstat-charts as well as our own internal health monitoring don't show anything out of the ordinary on the server over the past couple of days.

Typically, I'd classify this as not a big deal, but it seems one of our departments prints a lot of email out for record keeping purposes and this issue is severely hampering their workflow. Can anyone point me in the right direction for tracking this issue down? Normally I'd just restart Zimbra, but since this is a single server install, that's the absolute last resort as many people use this server 24/7 and tend to get upset when things are unavailable.

    Additional info:

Zimbra version: Release 8.0.1_GA_5438.RHEL6_64_20121105164510 Network edition
    OS: CentOS 6, x64

Bump as I added more info to my original post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
