Default zimbra ne 7 emais not sending or receiving anymore

    Release 7.2.0_GA_2669.RHEL5_64_20120410001942 CentOS5_64 NETWORK edition

It was working. It's in a VM (vmware player currently) and it had been working up till this weekend.

Checking /opt and found it was running out of space. Did a few things to releive it some, but that hasn't helped. Then noted the root partition is also very low on space. Will be working on fixing that too, but in interim no accounts or sending or receiving email. Note that all email being sent is either in drafts (web desktop) or in outbox (zimbra desktop).

So, is the low space on root preventing this?

Is there something specific I can do on root (other than give it more space, which I'm working on - may have to move it to a new VM) or is the expanding space the only way to fix it.

    Note, /home, /opt /var, /boot are separate partitions from /.

One more thing, all zimbra programs are started and running. zmcontrol status shows this.

    So, any help here?
