    Oh Really ?? If sender server doesn't have configured SPF record then our receiver zimbra mail server will not check for SPF ???

    SPF has nothing to do with a sending server as such. Its an entry held against the domain (typically as a TXT entry in DNS) which tells the world a list of genuine servers that might send out email for that domain.

    Whats more annoying is that this morning I spotted an email from my own email address to myself (ie the "from" and "to" headers were the same)

    X-Spam-Flag: NO
    X-Spam-Score: 4.475
    X-Spam-Level: ****
    X-Spam-Status: No, score=4.475 tagged_above=-10 required=5
    tests=[BAYES_99=3.5, FB_GET_MEDS=0.935, T_FSL_HELO_NON_FQDN_2=0.01,
    T_RCD_RDNS_SERVER=-0.01, T_RCD_RDNS_SERVER_MESSY=-0.01, T_S25R=0.01]

    I have SPF plus DKIM and DomainKeys setup for my domain. How is this "not spam" ??!! Where are the SPF or DKIM tests ??!!

    I'll re-iterate, over 15 years I've become quite fed up with integrated AV/AS solutions, they all seem to be quite naff. Use something external that works.
