    Post Innocent emails constantly marked as spam...

    Hi,

    Around a certain date, I began to have problems with innocent mails constantly marked as spam.
    I keep marking them as not spam and move them in subfolders but, after a while, they are marked again as spam...
    I did a before/after diff on "identical" emails (mostly same headers and bodies) and the only thing that changes is the dspam confidence scores.
    They are still marked as innocent but one mail client (and not zimbra) keeps flagging them back as spam...

    Eg. before:
    Code:
    X-DSPAM-Result: Innocent
    X-DSPAM-Class: Innocent
    X-DSPAM-Confidence: 0.94
    X-DSPAM-Probability: 0.0000
    X-DSPAM-Signature: N/A
    X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at xxx
    X-Spam-Flag: NO
    X-Spam-Score: -0.1
    X-Spam-Level:
    X-Spam-Status: No, score=-0.1 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6
    	tests=[DKIM_ADSP_NXDOMAIN=0.9, DSPAM:Innocent=-1.000] autolearn=no
    after:
    Code:
    X-DSPAM-Result: Innocent
    X-DSPAM-Class: Innocent
    X-DSPAM-Confidence: 0.68
    X-DSPAM-Probability: 0.0000
    X-DSPAM-Signature: N/A
    X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at xxx
    X-Spam-Flag: NO
    X-Spam-Score: -0.1
    X-Spam-Level:
    X-Spam-Status: No, score=-0.1 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6
    	tests=[DKIM_ADSP_NXDOMAIN=0.9, DSPAM:Innocent=-1.000] autolearn=no
    Any idea where I can reset/fix dspam scoring?

    Thx,
    JD

    Zimbra Release 7.2.0_GA_2669.RHEL5_64_20120410001942 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.
