    Default ZCO and Web Client not in Sync

    Greetings Everyone,
    I have a total of 140 users. Out of these 140 users I have about 10 users whose Outlook mail does not contain all the items which are present when viewing their mail in the web client. There is no error indication anywhere that I can find for the users which have this issue. has anyone else encountered this situation or have an idea of what to check?

    Did they receive a local failure notice error message?

    If so then in the Zimbra tab set the sync token to a number before the local failure notice error.

    I've been resetting the sync token using the Zimbra bar in Outlook, but there is no failure notice, I've just been setting it back incrementally until all the mail present in the web client appears in the users Outlook.

    Another symptom I've noticed since the initial report: If you click on an e-mail in the web client and mark it as 'read' , it will then appear Outlook. Last week I was wondering if the spamhaus debacle was causing delays, but we still experience this problem occasionally, and it appears to be limited to the same group of users.

    I have one user I get odd problems with. I find it easiest to blow away their zimbra profile in outlook and re-sync. 9G of mail takes about 3hours on the local network. It happens rarely, but always with the same user and we can't pinpoint what causes it.
