Default outlook display a message sended, dont was deliveried.

    hi

I have a "very special" user with a delicated problem. He send an important message to the users, but nobody receive it.

The outlook 2010 of that user show the message sended in the sent folder.

But in /var/log/mail.log dont appear any log about that message. How can outlook save the message in the sender folder, if in the server dont show any register about that?

my zimbra version is 8.0.3.GA.5664.UBUNTU12.64 UBUNTU12_64 FOSS edition

    thanks in advance

    Hi,

Did you check /var/log/zimbra.log or /var/log/messages? is this single or multi server? if this is a single server and you have validated that the setup was correct on the client side, log should be available on /var/log/zimbra.log or /var/log/messages
    Best Regards
