    It appears that one of your e-mail clients is not set to authenticate and is on a different network than your mail server's trusted networks.

    Thanks for trying to help, but my problem is much deeper. I already spent about 5 working days trying to solve it. Webmail and Zimbra Desktop client which I've tried so far are fully set. It's just that sometimes does and sometimes it doesn't work. Sometimes I have to push the send button 5-6 times for an email to be sent. Webmail is supposed to work from everywhere, right? Zimbra Desktop also? But I get that unsuccessful sendings no matter from where I access the mail server, inside or outside, it's always the same.....

    Currently I'm desperate about it all. In my relatively rich administrator experience, this problem may be the worst one I had .. And my employeer is kind of heavy on paid support, but if you ask me I would buy Zimbra because it's best no matter it gives me much headache. Really I think it's some bug that shows only in my kind of environment...

    Did you check mynetworks?

    Code:
    su - zimbra
    $ postconf mynetworks
    Code:
    zmprov getServer zimbra.example.com | grep zimbraMtaMyNetworks
    In both cases your output must be:

    Code:
    mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.2.0/24

    Yes, that's the exact output in both cases.

    After all the hassle, I concluded the primary problem here is that I installed split DNS system (dnsmasq powered), after I installed Zimbra. That is serious mess that cannot be fixed, at least easily. Decided to go with fresh installation. Too bad I followed some tutorial which is was obviosly designed for mail servers on the public ip, not firewalled...
