How to have a shared address book of external user with my employee?
I'm in the process to test out Zimbra and this is time to think about address book.
We have around 50's external agents each with own email, telephone, street address etc. They've email something like gmail.com, yahoo.com and so on.
How do I create a shared address book for my users with data (email, address, mobile phone) from this external agents?
Is it possible? In this manner I can manage and organize the address book in a more simple way. Ex: an agent is no more a contributor I can delete him for all of my employee and they all are synchronized.
Any solution in Zimbra? Any suggestion? Maybe other type of integration?
