    Default zimbra amavis[18360]: (18360-01) (!)_DIE: Can't locate IO/Socket/IP.pm in @INC

    I've just upraded from 7.2.1 to 7.2.3.

    This morning, I woke up to the server hung.

    After restarting the VM with vSphere client, I find this in the log:

    Anybody know what the cause is or how to fix it?


    EDIT: I also see this:

    Could this be the reason that my server's resources are going through the roof.

    Our server has been experiencing painful slowness lately. When switching views in the zimbra webmail client from Inbox to Sent. What used to be snappy, like instantly, is now like 5 to 10 seconds. It's almost getting unbearable.

    I have Cacti monitoring my server, and several times through the day, I receive alerts that the load average threshold has been exceeded.

    I have a 5 minute load average monitor and a 15 minute load average monitor. They are set at 15% warning, and 20% alert. They are getting triggered several times a day.

    I wouldn't think it would be the cause. What process(es) are driving up the load?
