    Default Zimbra 8.0.2, Reply-to, and Zendesk Helpdesk Support

    Hi,

    We use Zendesk for email support with our customers. We've recently found that emails from Zimbra that don't contain a Reply-To email header don't get picked up by the Zendesk support system.

    Is there a way to set the Reply-To preference to a default (via the COS maybe?)?

    You can set it under the user's preferences through the Web Client. It is under Preferences->Mail->Accounts in version 7.2.3
