Default Starting apache...httpd: Syntax error on line 232 of /opt/zimbra/conf/httpd.conf

Greetings - I am a 'newbie' to Zimbra. Just tried an installaiton on my RH 5.4 server (32bit). I received this error along with a couple modules not starting. I am not sure if these are 'fatal' or not. When ZMCONTROL STATUS is ran, the following modules do not show as started: Convertd / Spell / Mailbox. Also, 'mysql.server' is not running. I attempted to start the modules using the command as follows: 'ZMcontrol Start convertd' but that did not work. Being a 'newbie' and unfamiliar with Zimbra, thought I'd ask questions before tearing into things. Thanks to all who may offer a suggestion!!

I've never seen that error, but I would note three things:

    a) 32-bit platforms are EOL. I.e. there is no support for any 32-bit platforms after ZCS7.
    b) RHEL5 is EOL. I.e., there is no support for RHEL5 after ZCS7.
    c) You do not give any information about what Zimbra build you tried to install. Perhaps you downloaded a build for a platform other than the one you are installing on.

If you are looking at setting up a new installation, I would strongly advise you to use a supported platform for ZCS8: RHEL6 64-bit, UBUNTU12 64-bit, or SLES11 64-bit.

    Hope that helps,
