These are Community support forums not official Zimbra support, demanding a response after waiting three hours is not not good forum etiquette. Try searching the forums for an answer or providing more information as I mentioned in the Private Message I sent you, there's precious little information in your post that would give anything useful to anyone wanting to reply to you. Because of the lack of information I guess most forum members would ignore your post.
