Hi,

I use Zimbra 8.0.2 installed on CentOS 6.3. In recent times i have started getting error message "receiving reported error 0x800ccc0f the connection to the server was interrupted" in user machines while trying to send and receive emails. In the same user machine there are couple of other mail accounts configured and those accounts receive mails without any issues.

The mail account which shows error message starts to receive mails after 15 or 20 minutes without any issues. Can anyone please let me know what might be the issue?
