There's plenty in the forums if you use the search function: site:zimbra.com +"mail for" +"loops back to myself " - Yahoo! Search Results - try some of those solutions.

Yes but the problem is, how do I know what you've tried and what the results were? Without knowing that I'm going to be wasting my time, and yours, going over the same resolutions.
    Regards

yes u right I checked this solutions >>MTA Relay and its set to localhost in global setting and server setting

    >> adjust my time zone in both global and server setting

    >>be sure that the A record in the split DNS to point to the lan ip for the mail server

NOTE: we was having anther zimbra installation on maindomain so if there is something make conflict between them :?
