Hello!

I ask to assist in the zimbra control.

There is a perl-script which sends mail through smtp with authorization use like LOGIN. In zimbra in the console of the administrator I adjusted that allowed to send only to the authorized users. At script start with the corresponding parameters for authorization and letter parameters. As a result issues the following message: "Authentication protocol LOGIN isn't accepted by the server".

I check authorization through TELNET:
># telnet mailserver.com 25
>Trying <IP_MAIL_SERVER>...
>Connected to dcats.ru.
>Escape character is '^]'.
>220 dcats.ru ESMTP Postfix
>EHLO domane.com
>250-mailserver.com
>250-PIPELINING
>250-SIZE 10240000
>250-VRFY
>250-ETRN
>250-STARTTLS
>250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
>250-8BITMIME
>250 DSN
>QUIT
>221 2.0.0 Bye
>Connection closed by foreign host.

Why doesn't give out authorization options? Like the such:
>250-STARTTLS
>250-AUTH NTLM LOGIN PLAIN DIGESTMD5 CRAMMD5
>250-AUTH=NTLM LOGIN PLAIN DIGESTMD5 CRAMMD5

What isn't so adjusted, I ask to help me?

Thanks in advance!

PS I am sorry for the English!
