    Default zimbra behind the firewall

    i have configure zimbra 8.3 with split-dns and bind behind the firewall.
    but after configuring this i have able to send mail from zimbra mail server to outside network but can not receive mail from outside network.

    Is there a question in here somewhere? The information you've posted from your DNS server isn't really much use in diagnosing the configuration of a Split DNS - the article tells you how to do that with the correct commands. You haven't given any information about whether you've configured and external DNS records nor whether you've forwarded any ports through your firewall to your server - have you done either of those things? You also haven't posted any information about what's in the log files when an email is sent to your server, have you looked in the log files?
